Amazon Locker

We are pleased to offer guest access to our Amazon locker. It is named “Cuckoo” and is located in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. To access from Hilton Columbus Downtown, exit Tower 402 on the 2nd floor (lobby level) next to ‘The Market’ and turn left. The locker is situated at the top of the escalators.

Package Delivery

Packages are accepted for guests within 14-days of arrival.  Upon receipt, packages are logged into our tracking system and can be requested upon check-in at any front desk station for delivery by a staff member to guest’s room.  Please be aware that this service is for a limited number of boxes and not intended to replace drayage services for exhibitions and trade shows, which should be arranged through your group’s meeting planner.  Delivery is not available to the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
