Hilton Columbus Downtown will be the largest hotel in Ohio following the property’s expansion to a second tower in fall 2022. Together with the existing tower, which will be undergoing soft renovations, the hotel will have 1,000 rooms and 75,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. As a dining destination in Columbus, the hotel will offer four new food and beverage outlets, including Columbus’ first wood-burning, open fire concept and the tallest rooftop bar in the city sitting atop the 28th story with an innovative mixology program & 360-degree views of the city. There will also be a lobby bar and a grab-and-go market.

Some of the property’s key energy efficiency initiatives include having fixtures designed to conserve water, recycling soap and being LEED Gold Certified.  The new tower has a green roof which will be irrigated from a rainwater collection system & will also be the host to the hotel’s beehives.
