For $50 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will explore four signature bars, each offering a curated 0.5 oz pour of premium whiskey. Along the way, you’ll discover standout selections and rare finds from Bardstown Distillery, including: Gallerie Bar – Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Spark – Rye Whiskey aged in Cherry Wood Barrels, FYR Short North – Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon, Stories on High – Bardstown High Wheat Bourbon.
Each stop adds a new layer to the story, culminating in a delicious snack to round out the experience. Guests will also receive a keepsake tasting glass—something Dad can take home and enjoy long after the final sip.
To make the evening even more memorable, every attendee will be treated to a tobacco truffle and a whiskey caramel bon bon—thoughtful touches that pair perfectly with the bold flavors of the night.

Pappy Van Winkle & Omakase Experience

Join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating one of the most coveted names in bourbon with an immersive Pappy Van Winkle & Omakase Experience.
Rooted in the philosophy of omakase — “I leave it up to you”, this experience invites guests to place their trust in our chefs as they craft a unique and unforgettable culinary journey. The evening unfolds through a 7-course progression of small plates, each course thoughtfully composed using the freshest ingredients available and presented as a distinct chapter in the experience.
Guests will enjoy five innovative plates that showcase refined technique and bold creativity, followed by an umami-rich dashi course and concluding with dessert.
Paired alongside this journey is a once-in-a-lifetime Pappy Van Winkle Legacy Flight, featuring: Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year, Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year, Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye, Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year, Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year and Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year.
The cost of this experience is $500 per person.
Tax, 20% gratuity and 1% Short North Reinvestment Fee will be added to the final bill.

Celebrate Pride at Stories on High with an unforgettable rooftop party featuring dazzling drag performances by DeeDee Issues, Cherry Poppins, Jaymee Sexton, Sabrina Caprice Heart, and Jada Fenix-Lorez. Plus, enjoy live DJ entertainment throughout the event. In partnership with Watershed Distillery, we’ll be featuring Pride-themed cocktails crafted with Watershed spirits, festive giveaways, and elevated rooftop vibes as we celebrate Pride in the heart of downtown. We are proudly donating $1 from every Pink Polo Club (the entire week of Pride) to the Kaleidoscope Youth Center.

The term “Omakase” translates to “I leave it up to you,” and with this trust, our chefs are free to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Your journey will unfold through a series of small plates, where each dish is a chapter that is carefully crafted using the freshest ingredients available.
Our Omakase experience is available nightly. Cost includes a 7-course menu for $85/person [plus tax and gratuity]. Optional beverage paring, curated by beverage director Rustun Nichols is also available. Whole table participation is required for this experience.
