With every sip, every setting, and every story, this exclusive experience transforms our hotel into a tasting adventure unlike any other.

Omakase Experience at Stories on High
Immerse yourself in our newest culinary story, and join us at Stories on High to enjoy our Omakase experience. The term “Omakase” translates to “I leave it up to you,” and with this trust, our chefs are free to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Your journey will unfold through a series of small plates, where each dish is a chapter that is carefully crafted using the freshest ingredients available.
Our Omakase experience will be available on Friday and Saturday nights. Cost includes a 7-course menu for $85/person [plus tax and gratuity]. Optional beverage paring, curated by beverage director Rustun Nichols is also available.
